Projectile selection

The projectile cleaning operation is most effective when the projectile is pressed firmly against the internal surface of the hose, tube or pipe. The correct pressure is achieved by using a projectile approximately 20% larger than the internal diameter of the hose, tube or pipe.

Example: You would use a 60mm. Projectile to clean a 50mm. ID. hose, tube or pipe (20% larger)

There are four (4) types of Projectile currently available.

Standard –  for use with hose, tube or pipes with little or no reduction in internal diameter.

Coupling – for use with hose, tube or pipes with a variable internal diameter such as hose assemblies, and is ideal for the removal of fine particles.

Abrasive –  for use on hose, tube or pipes that have a buildup of product, rust or mill scale.
